Cracker Lake, in Glacier National Park, is one of the those places that is so beautiful... it doesn't even appear real. This amazing turquoise lake, surrounded by stunning mountain scenery, has to be seen in person to be truly appreciated. I was fortunate enough to hike to this amazing place with my beautiful wife, my brother and his family. I'll always treasure this moment in time.
Antelope Canyon is one of the most famous "slot canyons" in the world... and if you ever take a tour through it, you will be amazed at the shoulder to shoulder crowds of photographers that can gather in this unique canyon. You really have to be prepared when you find one of the famous light beams filtering down through the beautiful rock formations. Chances are there will be several other photographers trying to find a great shot at the same time. I was fortunate enough to grab this shot just as the light hit... and before other photographers set up for the same shot.
No drones used on this shot... this was taken, the old fashioned way, with a backpack and a camera. This is one of my favorite views within the Grand Canyon. Mount Hayden supplies the foreground subject with an immense canyon view behind. Available in a special 12" x 24" panoramic format... as either a canvas or metal print.
